Dans la structure Ti2N, les atomes de m\u00e9tal Ti sont dispos\u00e9s en rang\u00e9es denses de lignes hexagonales en pointill\u00e9s, et les atomes N dans la position interstitielle dans celle-ci. Dans la structure Ti2N, les atomes m\u00e9talliques de Ti sont dispos\u00e9s dans une matrice hexagonale dense et les atomes N se trouvent dans les positions interstitielles ; dans la structure TiN, les atomes m\u00e9talliques de Ti sont dispos\u00e9s dans une matrice cubique \u00e0 points centr\u00e9s et les atomes N se trouvent dans les positions interstitielles dans l'octa\u00e8dre, ce qui nitrure de titane a un aspect jaune dor\u00e9 et est souvent utilis\u00e9 pour des rev\u00eatements d\u00e9coratifs en raison de sa couleur.<\/li><li>Duret\u00e9 : TiN a une duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la duret\u00e9 Vickers peut atteindre 2000-2500 HV, la microduret\u00e9 est d'environ 21GPa, il a une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure.<\/li><li>Point de fusion : le nitrure de titane a un point de fusion allant jusqu'\u00e0 2930\u00b0C, ce qui permet de l'utiliser dans des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/li><li>Densit\u00e9 : le TiN a une densit\u00e9 de 5,22 g\/cm\u00b3.<\/li><li>Conductivit\u00e9 thermique : la conductivit\u00e9 thermique du TiN est d'environ 30 W\/m-K, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de conductivit\u00e9 thermique.<\/li><li>\u00c9lasticit\u00e9 : module d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 590 GPa.<\/li><li>Dilatation thermique : le coefficient de dilatation lin\u00e9aire est de 9,35\u00d710-6\u00b0C Ils sont largement utilis\u00e9s comme couche de rev\u00eatement pour divers outils de coupe, roulements et moules afin d'am\u00e9liorer leur dur\u00e9e de vie et de r\u00e9duire les pertes \u00e9conomiques. Par rapport aux outils ordinaires non rev\u00eatus, la vitesse de coupe de l'outil rev\u00eatu a augment\u00e9 de 25%~70%, la pr\u00e9cision d'usinage a augment\u00e9 de 0,5~1 niveau, le co\u00fbt de consommation de l'outil a diminu\u00e9 de 20%~50%, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure a augment\u00e9 de 2~10 fois, la dur\u00e9e de vie s'est allong\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re exponentielle. On peut constater que le rev\u00eatement TiN joue un r\u00f4le important dans la promotion de la production industrielle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfb40d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfb40d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Micro\u00e9lectronique<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73ce368 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73ce368\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L'excellente conductivit\u00e9 du TiN dans le domaine de la micro\u00e9lectronique peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme \u00e9lectrodes de dispositifs semi-conducteurs, couches tampons et couches barri\u00e8res, etc. Dans les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s bas\u00e9s sur des mat\u00e9riaux Si, le Cu est devenu le mat\u00e9riau de c\u00e2blage le plus avantageux pour la pr\u00e9paration de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s ultra-larges en raison de sa faible r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 et de son excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectromigration. Cependant, le cuivre a tendance \u00e0 se diffuser dans le Si et ses substrats chimiques, ce qui affecte s\u00e9rieusement les performances des dispositifs semi-conducteurs. Afin de r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes, entre le film de Cu et le substrat, il convient d'ajouter une couche mince de TiN \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 et \u00e0 bonne stabilit\u00e9 thermique, c'est-\u00e0-dire une couche barri\u00e8re de TiN. La couche barri\u00e8re de TiN emp\u00eache la diffusion du Cu et peut en m\u00eame temps am\u00e9liorer efficacement la force d'adh\u00e9rence du film de Cu. La couche barri\u00e8re de TiN a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9e dans les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. La couleur semblable \u00e0 l'or exerce une attraction particuli\u00e8re sur les gens, ce qui les incite \u00e0 investir beaucoup d'argent et de temps dans le domaine de l'imitation de l'or. Le film TiN poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques similaires \u00e0 celles de l'or, de l'argent et d'autres m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9cieux, et le film TiN est non toxique, peu co\u00fbteux et constitue le choix id\u00e9al pour les mat\u00e9riaux modernes d'imitation de l'or. Les films TiN ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par pulv\u00e9risation magn\u00e9tron afin d'\u00e9tudier l'effet de la teneur en azote sur la couleur des films, et les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 qu'avec l'augmentation du rapport N\/T, la couleur des films TiN changeait de diverses mani\u00e8res.
