Il s'agit d'une discipline sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l'\u00e9tude des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des objets dont les dimensions sont comprises entre 1 et 100 nm, et leur cr\u00e9ation a fait entrer la civilisation humaine dans une nouvelle \u00e8re, celle des nanotechnologies. Les nanomat\u00e9riaux, dont les particules sont beaucoup plus petites que celles des mat\u00e9riaux traditionnels, poss\u00e8dent de nombreuses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques telles que l'effet de taille, l'effet de taille quantique, l'effet de surface, l'effet interfacial, l'effet tunnel quantique macroscopique et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s photo\u00e9lectrochimiques. Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s conf\u00e8rent aux nanomat\u00e9riaux de nombreuses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques en mati\u00e8re de lumi\u00e8re, de magn\u00e9tisme, de m\u00e9canique et d'autres aspects par rapport aux mat\u00e9riaux ordinaires, devenant ainsi un point chaud de la recherche dans la discipline des mat\u00e9riaux modernes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-565bd75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"565bd75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des nanofilms<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dad0fa2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dad0fa2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les nanofilms ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s pour leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques qui d\u00e9passent de loin celles des mat\u00e9riaux conventionnels, en particulier les effets de supermodulus et de superduret\u00e9 des films minces sont devenus l'objet de recherche le plus important au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Afin d'expliquer pleinement ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes particuliers, les chercheurs ont propos\u00e9 la th\u00e9orie de la conception des solides \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance, l'effet \u00e9lectronique quantique, l'effet de d\u00e9formation interfaciale et l'effet de contrainte interfaciale. La recherche sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des nanofilms porte sur les trois aspects suivants : duret\u00e9, friction, t\u00e9nacit\u00e9.<\/p><p>(1) Duret\u00e9 : on \u00e9tudie principalement la structure du film multicouche dans le rapport de composition et le cycle de modulation sur la duret\u00e9 du film. Lorsque l'\u00e9paisseur du film bicouche est de 6 \u00e0 8 nm, la duret\u00e9 maximale du film est d'environ 50 gpa, ce qui est bien sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la duret\u00e9 du film monocouche. La teneur en composants du film est \u00e9galement un facteur important affectant la duret\u00e9 du film d'une composition \u00e0 deux composants du film, si la teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en duret\u00e9 du film, et vice versa, elle est faible. Par cons\u00e9quent, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d'un film sup\u00e9rieur se composent d'une duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et d'une bonne t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 des composants.<\/p><p>(2) T\u00e9nacit\u00e9 : l'am\u00e9lioration de la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 est propos\u00e9e pour la structure multicouche, le m\u00e9canisme de t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 est principalement l'arrachement de la feuille de la couche de passivation \u00e0 la pointe de la fissure, la ramification de la fissure et la fissuration interfaciale le long de l'interface, etc. Le contenu relatif des composants du film et la longueur d'onde de modulation sont deux facteurs qui affectent la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du film. Par exemple, pour le syst\u00e8me m\u00e9tal\/c\u00e9ramique, plus la teneur en phase m\u00e9tallique (t\u00e9nacit\u00e9) est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, meilleure est la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du film, mais lorsque la teneur en phase m\u00e9tallique d\u00e9passe une certaine limite, la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du film diminue, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne \u00e9tant probablement d\u00fb aux r\u00e9sultats complexes de l'interaction interfaciale. En ce qui concerne la longueur d'onde de modulation, une r\u00e9duction mod\u00e9r\u00e9e peut augmenter la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du film.<\/p><p>(3) Friction : la recherche sur les principes de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion du film en est encore au stade exploratoire. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 qu'une combinaison raisonnable de composants peut am\u00e9liorer efficacement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure du film. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que le film multicouche CuNi am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure de l'acier pour roulements 52100. Lorsque la longueur d'onde de modulation du film est plus petite, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure est plus grande, ce qui s'explique par le fait que les dislocations de l'interface du film offrent une plus grande r\u00e9sistance au glissement. En outre, il existe une diff\u00e9rence d'\u00e9nergie de dislocation entre les couches de film de diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux, ce qui rend la d\u00e9formation plastique plus difficile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed3c11a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ed3c11a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques des nanofilms<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d285e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d285e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Avec le d\u00e9veloppement continu de l'industrie micro\u00e9lectronique, la miniaturisation des composants \u00e9lectroniques est \u00e9galement de plus en plus exigeante. Les nanofilms, en raison de leur taille et de leurs performances particuli\u00e8res, sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans la technologie d'interconnexion des informations \u00e9lectroniques, la technologie de c\u00e2blage, la couche barri\u00e8re de diffusion, la technologie d'emballage \u00e9lectronique et d'autres aspects. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques de certains mat\u00e9riaux conducteurs couramment utilis\u00e9s (par exemple les m\u00e9taux) changent radicalement lorsque leur taille est soudainement r\u00e9duite \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nanom\u00e9trique. Certains chercheurs ont d\u00e9tect\u00e9 des anomalies de r\u00e9sistance dans des films de particules Au\/AL2O3 et ont trouv\u00e9 le sch\u00e9ma particulier suivant : la r\u00e9sistance augmente lin\u00e9airement et fortement avec l'augmentation de la teneur en particules Au. Des membranes de silicium (Si) nanocristallin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9es par PECVD et se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es avoir une conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (102 S-cm) que dans leur \u00e9tat normal (10\u2033S-cm). Cette exp\u00e9rience d\u00e9montre la relation entre la conductivit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau et la taille critique des particules : lorsque les particules du mat\u00e9riau &gt; taille critique, il conservera les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques conventionnelles, et lorsque les particules du mat\u00e9riau &lt; taille critique, il perdra les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques intrins\u00e8ques du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aab99d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aab99d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques des nanofilms<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d0f767 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d0f767\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Certains mat\u00e9riaux en couches minces ont \u00e9galement fait l'objet d'une grande attention en raison de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques particuli\u00e8res, et le couplage entre couches, l'aimantation perpendiculaire, l'effet de magn\u00e9tor\u00e9sistance g\u00e9ante, l'anomalie de l'effet magn\u00e9to-optique et d'autres ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, l'effet de magn\u00e9tor\u00e9sistance g\u00e9ante a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert dans un film multicouche Fe\/Cr : la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau lui-m\u00eame est modifi\u00e9e en raison du changement de l'\u00e9tat d'aimantation du mat\u00e9riau. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, l'effet de magn\u00e9tor\u00e9sistance a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 dans des films de particules de Co\/Cu et, depuis lors, dans des nanosolides pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par trempe en phase liquide et alliage m\u00e9canique. L'objectif principal de cet effet est de r\u00e9duire le magn\u00e9tisme de saturation et d'augmenter la sensibilit\u00e9 aux champs faibles. Au stade actuel, deux m\u00e9thodes sont probablement choisies pour y parvenir : premi\u00e8rement, l'utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux en couches minces avec une structure spin-valve (Spin Value) ; deuxi\u00e8mement, la formation de failles entre les couches par un certain degr\u00e9 de recuit pour cr\u00e9er un couplage magn\u00e9tique statique entre les couches de moments dipolaires. Tel que Ta (100A)\/Ag (20A)\/[NiFe (20A)\/Ag (40A)]4NiFe (20A)\/Ta (40A)\/Si0, (700A)\/Si apr\u00e8s 315 \u2103 dans le film (5%H2 +95%Ar) apr\u00e8s le recuit GMR (GradientMotionRefocussing). Nos recherches actuelles ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l'excellente anisotropie du FePt (environ 15 fois celle des mat\u00e9riaux conventionnels).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7af52ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7af52ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques des nanofilms<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9433a5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9433a5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les mat\u00e9riaux sous forme de nanofilms ont \u00e9galement attir\u00e9 l'attention des chercheurs en raison de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques particuli\u00e8res. Les superparticules TiO2\/SnO2 et leurs films LB composites pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par PCVD ont des spectres d'absorption UV-Vis particuliers. L'effet quantique propre \u00e0 ce film composite provoque un \"d\u00e9calage vers le bleu\" dans le spectre d'absorption LB, ce qui se traduit par une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux UV et une bonne transmission optique.Le film de particules \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nanom\u00e9trique compos\u00e9 d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments du groupe II-VI (CdSxSe1-x) et III-V (CaAs) subit un \u00e9largissement optique et un d\u00e9calage vers le bleu au cours de l'exp\u00e9rience. et un d\u00e9calage vers le bleu. En outre, les films de particules d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments du groupe I-V (CdSSe1-) ont subi un blanchiment photo-induit dans les exp\u00e9riences, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 au changement de l'intensit\u00e9 des bandes d'absorption sous irradiation lumineuse d'une certaine longueur d'onde.
