Lorsque le coefficient de dilatation thermique du substrat est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du film, une contrainte de traction est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e ; inversement, une contrainte de compression est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p><p>2, contrainte intrins\u00e8que : en raison des diff\u00e9rences de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 l'interface entre le film et le substrat, ainsi que de la microstructure du processus de croissance du film lui-m\u00eame, la contrainte interne est appel\u00e9e contrainte intrins\u00e8que. Cette contrainte est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e au processus de pr\u00e9paration du film et \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration, ainsi qu'au mat\u00e9riau du substrat, comme l'interface de contact entre le substrat et le film, la non-concordance du r\u00e9seau ou le film dans la croissance de divers d\u00e9fauts internes dans le mouvement, etc. Il d\u00e9pend fortement des conditions de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, du recuit, de l'h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9, etc.<\/p><p>3, contrainte externe : la contrainte caus\u00e9e par des forces externes appliqu\u00e9es au film. Ces trois modes de croissance se distinguent principalement par l'\u00e9nergie libre de surface par unit\u00e9 de surface et la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9seau entre le substrat et le film.<\/p><p>1\u3001Structure en couches : la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9seau entre le film et le mat\u00e9riau du substrat est faible, ou la constante de r\u00e9seau entre eux est tr\u00e8s proche, de sorte que les mol\u00e9cules r\u00e9actives sont li\u00e9es au substrat par la force de liaison est plus forte que l'autre force de liaison intermol\u00e9culaire est plus forte, de sorte que les cristaux seront un mode de structure laminaire planaire bidimensionnelle pour la croissance, et la somme de l'\u00e9nergie libre entre le film et l'interface sera plus petite que l'\u00e9nergie libre du substrat.<\/p><p>2) Structure en couches et en \u00eelots : la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9seau entre le film et le mat\u00e9riau du substrat est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la structure en couches. Lorsque cette structure planaire d\u00e9passe l'\u00e9paisseur de l'interface, afin de lib\u00e9rer le stress accumul\u00e9 par le substrat, elle se polym\u00e9rise automatiquement pour former une structure en forme d'\u00eele, et la somme des \u00e9nergies libres entre le film et l'interface n'est pas n\u00e9cessairement plus grande ou plus petite que celle du substrat.<\/p><p>3, structure insulaire : la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9seau entre le film et le mat\u00e9riau du substrat est plus grande que les deux autres modes, de sorte que la croissance mol\u00e9culaire est soumise \u00e0 d'autres forces de liaison intermol\u00e9culaires que la force de liaison du substrat est beaucoup plus grande, le cristal passera directement au mode de structure insulaire tridimensionnelle pour cro\u00eetre afin de lib\u00e9rer la contrainte excessive, et le film et l'interface entre la somme de l'\u00e9nergie libre sera plus grande que l'\u00e9nergie libre du substrat.<\/p><p>\u00c0 moins que des liaisons chimiques ne soient cr\u00e9\u00e9es entre des mol\u00e9cules dissemblables, la plupart des mol\u00e9cules dissemblables seront moins attir\u00e9es les unes par les autres que par leur propre type.
