Cette technique pr\u00e9sente de grands avantages en termes de contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9paisseur du film, d'uniformit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9paisseur du film et de degr\u00e9 de couverture des composants de forme complexe. Elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une m\u00e9thode tr\u00e8s efficace pour la pr\u00e9paration de rev\u00eatements \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a095d06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a095d06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Principes de la technologie ALD<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c3fde2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c3fde2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t par couches atomiques (ALD) permet de d\u00e9poser des couches minces sur la surface d'un substrat en introduisant alternativement des gaz pr\u00e9curseurs. Ses principales \u00e9tapes sont les suivantes :<\/p><ol><li>Adsorption du pr\u00e9curseur : le pr\u00e9curseur A est introduit dans la chambre de r\u00e9action pour former une monocouche d'adsorption sur la surface du substrat.<\/li><li>Nettoyage par impulsion : nettoyage des mol\u00e9cules pr\u00e9curseurs non adsorb\u00e9es et des sous-produits \u00e0 l'aide d'un gaz inerte.<\/li><li>R\u00e9action pour produire un film mince : le pr\u00e9curseur B est introduit et r\u00e9agit chimiquement avec le pr\u00e9curseur A adsorb\u00e9 pour produire un film mince d'une couche atomique.<\/li><li>Cycle r\u00e9p\u00e9titif : d\u00e9p\u00f4t de couches minces couche par couche en introduisant alternativement les pr\u00e9curseurs A et B jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'\u00e9paisseur souhait\u00e9e soit atteinte.<\/li><\/ol><p>Cette m\u00e9thode permet un contr\u00f4le tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis de l'\u00e9paisseur et un d\u00e9p\u00f4t uniforme du l'\u00e9paisseur : l'ALD permet de contr\u00f4ler l'\u00e9paisseur au niveau atomique, en d\u00e9posant une couche atomique par cycle de r\u00e9action.<\/li><li>Excellente uniformit\u00e9 du film : l'ALD peut former des films uniformes sur des morphologies complexes et des structures \u00e0 rapport d'aspect \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><li>Films de haute qualit\u00e9 : les films d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sont denses et non poreux, avec d'excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et une grande stabilit\u00e9 chimique.<\/li><li>Large \u00e9ventail d'applications : divers m\u00e9taux, oxydes, nitrures
