Au d\u00e9part, les scientifiques ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 explorer une m\u00e9thode qui permettrait de d\u00e9poser des couches minces sur la surface des mat\u00e9riaux, de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, en couches atomiques. Toutefois, le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9veloppement et la commercialisation de la technologie ALD ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980 et au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990.<\/p><p>Au fil du temps, l'application de la technologie ALD dans divers domaines n'a cess\u00e9 de s'\u00e9tendre et de s'approfondir. Aujourd'hui, l'ALD fait partie int\u00e9grante des domaines des semi-conducteurs, de l'opto\u00e9lectronique, des nanotechnologies et de la biom\u00e9decine, apportant un soutien important au
