domaine de la science et de l'ing\u00e9nierie des mat\u00e9riaux, la technologie CVD a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9e, impliquant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d'une large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux tels que les m\u00e9taux, les oxydes, les nitrures, les carbures, etc. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la technologie CVD a \u00e9t\u00e9 continuellement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et optimis\u00e9e, de la CVD thermique
