Se trata de una disciplina especializada en el estudio de las propiedades de objetos con tama\u00f1os dimensionales de 1~100nm, y su creaci\u00f3n ha conducido a la civilizaci\u00f3n humana a una nueva era: la era de la nanotecnolog\u00eda. Los nanomateriales, con part\u00edculas mucho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que los materiales tradicionales, tienen muchas propiedades \u00fanicas, como el efecto de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o, el efecto cu\u00e1ntico de tama\u00f1o, el efecto superficial, el efecto interfacial, el efecto de t\u00fanel cu\u00e1ntico macrosc\u00f3pico y las propiedades fotoelectroqu\u00edmicas. Para explicar plenamente estos fen\u00f3menos especiales, los investigadores han propuesto la teor\u00eda de dise\u00f1o de s\u00f3lidos de alta resistencia, el efecto electr\u00f3nico cu\u00e1ntico, el efecto de deformaci\u00f3n interfacial y el efecto de tensi\u00f3n interfacial. El estudio de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de las nanopel\u00edculas presenta los tres aspectos siguientes: dureza, fricci\u00f3n y tenacidad.<\/p><p>(1) dureza: estudiar principalmente la estructura de la pel\u00edcula multicapa en la relaci\u00f3n de composici\u00f3n y el ciclo de modulaci\u00f3n en la dureza de la pel\u00edcula. Cuando el espesor de la pel\u00edcula de dos monocapas en 6 ~ 8nm se puede obtener cuando la dureza m\u00e1xima de la pel\u00edcula es de aproximadamente 50Gpa, que es mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la dureza de la pel\u00edcula de una sola sustancia. Contenido de componentes de la pel\u00edcula es tambi\u00e9n un factor importante que afecta a la dureza de la pel\u00edcula de una composici\u00f3n de dos componentes de la pel\u00edcula, si el alto contenido de dureza de la pel\u00edcula dura, y viceversa, es baja. Por lo tanto, las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas generales de la pel\u00edcula superior se compone de alta dureza y buena tenacidad de los componentes.<\/p><p>(2) Tenacidad: la mejora de la tenacidad se propone para la estructura multicapa, el mecanismo de endurecimiento es principalmente punta de grieta capa de pasivaci\u00f3n hoja pull-out, crack ramificaci\u00f3n, y grietas interfacial a lo largo de la interfaz, etc, en la pel\u00edcula nano-multicapa tambi\u00e9n existe en un mecanismo de endurecimiento similar. En cuanto a la longitud de onda de modulaci\u00f3n, una reducci\u00f3n moderada puede aumentar la tenacidad de la pel\u00edcula.<\/p><p>(3) Fricci\u00f3n: la investigaci\u00f3n principal de la resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula se encuentra a\u00fan en fase exploratoria. Se ha descubierto que una combinaci\u00f3n razonable de componentes puede mejorar eficazmente la resistencia al desgaste de la pel\u00edcula. Algunos investigadores han detectado anomal\u00edas de resistencia en pel\u00edculas de part\u00edculas de Au\/AL2O3 y han encontrado el siguiente patr\u00f3n especial: la resistencia aumenta lineal y bruscamente con el aumento del contenido de part\u00edculas de Au. En la d\u00e9cada de 1980, se descubri\u00f3 el efecto de magnetorresistencia gigante en la pel\u00edcula multicapa Fe\/Cr: la resistividad del propio material cambiar\u00e1 debido al cambio del estado de magnetizaci\u00f3n del material. En la d\u00e9cada de 1990, el efecto de magnetorresistencia se observ\u00f3 en pel\u00edculas de part\u00edculas de Co\/Cu, y desde entonces se ha encontrado en nanos\u00f3lidos preparados por enfriamiento en fase l\u00edquida y aleaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. El principal objetivo de este efecto es reducir el magnetismo de saturaci\u00f3n y aumentar la sensibilidad a campos bajos. Las superpart\u00edculas de TiO2\/SnO2 y sus pel\u00edculas LB compuestas preparadas mediante PCVD presentan espectros de absorci\u00f3n UV-Vis especiales. El efecto cu\u00e1ntico exclusivo de esta pel\u00edcula compuesta provoca un \"desplazamiento al azul\" en el espectro de absorci\u00f3n LB, lo que se traduce en una buena resistencia UV y transmitancia \u00f3ptica.La pel\u00edcula de part\u00edculas a nanoescala compuesta por elementos del grupo II-VI (CdSxSe1-x) y III-V (CaAs) experimenta un ensanchamiento \u00f3ptico y un desplazamiento al azul durante el proceso experimental. y desplazamiento al azul.
