(LTCVD): La temperatura de deposici\u00f3n suele ser inferior a 400 \u00b0C y es adecuada para sustratos sensibles a la temperatura.<\/li><li>CVD a media temperatura (MTCVD): Temperatura de deposici\u00f3n entre 400\u00b0C y 700\u00b0C.<\/li><li>CVD de alta temperatura (HTCVD): La temperatura de deposici\u00f3n suele ser superior a 700 \u00b0C, lo que resulta adecuado para materiales que presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, equipo sencillo, pero f\u00e1cil de provocar contaminaci\u00f3n por part\u00edculas.<\/li><li>CVD a baja presi\u00f3n (LPCVD): Realizado en un entorno de baja presi\u00f3n, reduce la contaminaci\u00f3n por part\u00edculas y mejora la uniformidad de la pel\u00edcula.<\/li><li>CVD en ultra alto vac\u00edo (UHVCVD): Realizado en condiciones de ultra alto vac\u00edo, el UHVCVD es adecuado para la preparaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas de gran pureza y alta calidad.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element href=\"https:\/\/www.nanofab.com.cn\/es\/vision-2\/application\/\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u4f53\u589e\u5f3a\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef\/\">CVD mejorado por plasma (PECVD)<\/a>Aplicaci\u00f3n del
