Al principio, los cient\u00edficos empezaron a explorar un m\u00e9todo que permitiera depositar pel\u00edculas finas en la superficie de los materiales de forma controlada y precisa en capas at\u00f3micas. Sin embargo, el verdadero desarrollo y comercializaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda ALD comenz\u00f3 a finales de los 80 y principios de los 90.<\/p><p>Con el tiempo, la aplicaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda ALD en diversos campos ha seguido ampli\u00e1ndose y profundiz\u00e1ndose. Hoy en d\u00eda, la ALD se ha convertido en parte integrante de los campos de los semiconductores, la optoelectr\u00f3nica, la nanotecnolog\u00eda y la biomedicina, proporcionando un importante apoyo
