Su desarrollo est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionado con la evoluci\u00f3n de la industria de los semiconductores y la demanda de nuevos materiales.<\/p><p>Con el continuo desarrollo en el campo de la ciencia y la ingenier\u00eda de materiales, la tecnolog\u00eda CVD se ha utilizado ampliamente, lo que implica la deposici\u00f3n de una amplia gama de materiales como metales, \u00f3xidos, nitruros, carburos, etc\u00e9tera. Al mismo tiempo, la tecnolog\u00eda CVD ha sido continuamente mejorada y optimizada, desde la tradicional CVD t\u00e9rmica, la CVD mejorada por plasma (PECVD) hasta la m\u00e1s avanzada deposici\u00f3n de capas at\u00f3micas (ALD) y otras tecnolog\u00edas contin\u00faan emergiendo, de modo que la CVD en el campo de las aplicaciones de preparaci\u00f3n de materiales contin\u00faa
