El proceso de recubrimiento se utiliza ampliamente en los campos de la ciencia de materiales, la fabricaci\u00f3n de semiconductores, la \u00f3ptica y la electr\u00f3nica.<\/p><p>Los principales procesos de recubrimiento son la deposici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de vapor (PVD), la deposici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de vapor (CVD) y la deposici\u00f3n de capas at\u00f3micas (ALD).<\/p><p><a
