Zun\u00e4chst erforschten die Wissenschaftler ein Verfahren, mit dem sich d\u00fcnne Schichten auf der Oberfl\u00e4che von Materialien pr\u00e4zise kontrolliert in Atomlagen abscheiden lie\u00dfen. Die eigentliche Entwicklung und Kommerzialisierung der ALD-Technologie begann jedoch in den sp\u00e4ten 1980er und fr\u00fchen 1990er Jahren.<\/p><p>Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich die Anwendung der ALD-Technologie in verschiedenen Bereichen immer weiter ausgedehnt und vertieft. Heute ist ALD zu einem festen Bestandteil der Halbleiterindustrie, der Optoelektronik, der Nanotechnologie und der Biomedizin geworden und leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Entwicklung und
