Ihre Entwicklung ist eng mit der Entwicklung der Halbleiterindustrie und der Nachfrage nach neuen Materialien verbunden.<\/p><p>Mit der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung auf dem Gebiet der Materialwissenschaft und -technik hat die CVD-Technologie weite Verbreitung gefunden, wobei eine breite Palette von Materialien wie Metalle, Oxide, Nitride, Karbide usw. abgeschieden wird. Gleichzeitig wurde die CVD-Technologie kontinuierlich verbessert und optimiert, von der traditionellen thermischen CVD \u00fcber die plasmaunterst\u00fctzte CVD (PECVD) bis hin zur fortschrittlicheren Atomlagenabscheidung (ALD) und anderen Technologien, so dass sich die CVD im Bereich der Materialaufbereitung immer weiter ausbreitet und zu einem der wichtigsten Mittel der modernen
